Pancake Cupcakes

My daughter absolutely loves these. She would eat all of them if I'd let her. We call them pancake cupcakes. They are super easy to make.

Supplies:
Pancake mix
Any toppings
cupcake liners & tin

I let my daughter pic the toppings this morning

 



Preheat oven to 350. Mix the pancake as directed on the bag. Line the cupcake tin with liners. Spoon 2/3rds pancake mix into the liners. Sprinkle each pancake cupcake with whatever you wish. Place in the oven for 12-15 minutes.

I have also used sausage crumbles. These are great for breakfast on the go and dunking in syrup
